Mitchell Souliere-Lamb is a Mechanical Engineering graduate at the University of Toronto, specializing in Solid Mechanics & Design and Energy & Environment. Passionate about sustainability and Indigenous empowerment, Mitchell is committed to advancing clean energy solutions and engineering practices that align with community values and environmental stewardship.

A committed community advocate, Mitchell leads Indigenous Reconciliation efforts within Engineers Without Borders, organizing events to educate and mobilize students around critical issues like Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW), residential schools, and the Moose Hide Campaign. Mitchell also facilitated U of T’s first local chapter of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society, serving as its president.

With skills in computer-aided design, machining, and programming, Mitchell blends technical expertise with a deep sense of purpose, aiming to contribute meaningfully to Canada’s energy future through Indigenous-led innovation.
