Lillian Souliere-Lamb, RSW, BSW
Emerging Indigenous Social Work Practitioner
MSW Candidate (Indigenous Trauma & Resiliency)
Lillian Souliere-Lamb is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) who is passionately advancing Indigenous approaches to healing, education, and wellness. Currently completing her Master of Social Work in Indigenous Trauma and Resiliency at the University of Toronto, Lillian brings both lived and learned experience to her work in Indigenous health, cultural safety, and trauma-informed care.
A graduate of McMaster University’s Indigenous Pathways BSW program with a minor in Indigenous Studies, Lillian’s academic and community work centers on decolonizing systems and creating culturally grounded supports for Indigenous peoples. She has
contributed to curriculum development and culturally safe programming through her work with the Indigenous Primary Health Care Council and the Department of Oncology at McMaster University.
Lillian’s growing body of work reflects a deep commitment to Indigenous knowledge systems, community advocacy, and building safer, inclusive spaces for healing and connection.
