Darryl Souliere-Lamb is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work in the Indigenous Field of Study from Wilfrid Laurier University. With over a decade of experience in Indigenous mental health, community support, and integrated care systems.

She has worked extensively with Indigenous health care organizations, supporting vulnerable populations through counselling, and advocacy, including critical contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her practice is rooted in relational, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches, guided by a deep understanding of the social determinants of Indigenous health.

In addition, Darryl has contributed to the development of multiple culturally safe training programs for health care professionals, enhancing their capacity to provide respectful and effective care to Indigenous communities.

Darryl’s commitment to Indigenous wellness extends beyond her professional role through her long-standing volunteer work in youth mental health, elder support, and community development initiatives.
