Noah Souliere-Lamb is a Tribal Police Officer and Police Foundations graduate who brings a steady, community-based approach to safety planning and culturally safe practice. He helped establish the Mukwa Babaamose (Facility Peacekeeper–Security) program at the Toronto Birth Centre, advancing calm emergency response and protocols that protect both people and place. He designs and implements security measures that safeguard assets and personnel while respecting cultural protocols, community expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements. Drawing on training and early experience supporting youth mental-health initiatives, Noah contributes a calm, trauma-aware presence to his security advisory services.
